How to dress appropriately, greet an employer, answer questions with confidence, and send a proper thank-you follow-up. We prepare youth for the real interview experience from start to finish.
Participants learn the dress code, how to address a judge respectfully, how to maintain composure, and how to conduct themselves with dignity in any legal setting.
Through our partnership with Rule the Road VR, youth experience immersive, real-world driving scenarios using a virtual reality simulator — bringing the consequences of Drunk, Drugged, and Distracted Driving to life in a safe, controlled environment that leaves a lasting impression.
Practical safety and risk awareness training that helps youth make informed decisions, recognize dangerous situations, and advocate for their own wellbeing in everyday settings.
A comprehensive foundation covering communication, goal-setting, personal responsibility, and the everyday practical skills that help young adults navigate adult life with confidence.
Youth who complete a combination of workshops and program hours earn certificates of completion across five achievement tracks. These certifications are tangible credentials youth can present to employers, courts, and partner agencies — proof of what they have learned and who they are becoming.
